Zoning Hearing Board
The zoning hearing board operates independently of the municipal governing body to ensure due process and protect property rights. Members are appointed residents who serve and act in accordance with state and local laws governing zoning procedures. Its primary purpose is to provide a fair and impartial forum for resolving zoning disputes and requests for relief from zoning regulations.

Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the borough hall, as needed
