The Zoning Officer serves as the primary point of contact for zoning inquiries, helping ensure that community development occurs in an orderly, lawful, and consistent manner.

Uniform Construction Code (UCC) Enforcement involves reviewing building plans, issuing permits, and conducting inspections for new construction, additions, renovations, and other structural work to ensure compliance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code and applicable building regulations.
Code Enforcement focuses on maintaining property standards and community safety by addressing issues such as property maintenance, high grass and weeds, unsafe structures,mnabandoned vehicles, and other violations of the Borough’s municipal ordinances.
